The Qodea Support Portal allows our registered, captured customers to log in and submit tickets to the various support teams. To submit a ticket, you must first sign in/sign up.
The portal allows logins based on the domain name in your email address. For example; test@testing1234.com
If "testing1234.com" is registered with us as a customer, then you will be able to complete the signup process, sign into the platform and submit a ticket.
"I receive an error when trying to sign up"
If you try and register and you receive an error such as:
"Users with the email address xxx@xxxxx.com are not allowed to sign up for this help desk", then it is likely your domain has not been captured with us.
In these instances, please send an email to portal@cts.co with the following information:
- Your full name.
- Your email address.
- The organisation you work for.
- A brief description of the problem
We will look into the problem and resolve it as soon as possible. Any other problems related to the Support Portal (such as sign-in, ticket submission, navigation etc.) should be raised to portal@cts.co
