The CTS Support Portal allows our registered, captured customers to login and submit tickets to the various support teams. To submit a ticket, you must first sign in/sign up.
The portal allows logins based on the domain name in your email address. For example; email@example.com
If "testing1234.com" is registered with us as a customer, then you will be able to complete the signup process, sign into the platform and submit a ticket.
"I receive an error when trying to sign up"
If you try and register and you receive an error such as:
"Users with the email address firstname.lastname@example.org are not allowed to sign up for this help desk", then it is likely your domain has not been captured with us.
In these instances, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Your full name.
- Your email address.
- The organisation you work for.
- A brief description of the problem
CTS will look into the problem and resolve as soon as possible. Any other problems related to the Support Portal (such as sign in, ticket submission, navigation etc.) should be raised to firstname.lastname@example.org
